Anime Fusion 2019 has come and gone. We’re tired, but happy with how everything turned out. We’re glad to be able to offer a bit extra each year, and hope you enjoyed the manga library, boffer room, maid cafe, and other new features of the convention!
Over 1300 anime fans attended Fusion this year. As staff of Anime Fusion, we’re lucky to serve such a fantastic audience. Our attendees are some of the kindest, most courteous, most supportive, and most fun of any convention crowd I’ve seen. Our Guests of Honor always enjoy spending time with you all. Thank you for making Anime Fusion a delight to devote our time and effort to.
We hope you had a great time at the convention! If you have comments you’d like to share, our feedback form is open for submissions. Anime Fusion is for you, our attendees. We’re always looking for ways to make things better, and we want to hear your ideas! What went well? What needs improvement? What new content would you like to see? Let us know!

Alternately, you can share your ideas in person at our “post-mortem” feedback meeting, November 10th at the Geek Partnership Society. (It’s also a great place to join staff if you’d like to help us bring the convention to life. Anime Fusion’s staff is 100% volunteers from the anime community. It takes a lot of hands to make this thing work, and we’re always looking for more!)
We appreciate your patience with the shared spaces this year, and are happy to report that we have ALL the function space already contracted for next year’s convention. Anime Fusion 2020 will be held at the same location, Crowne Plaza Minneapolis West, on the same weekend as always, October 16-18 2020. We’re looking forward to all the opportunities having the whole hotel available to us will bring, and already have some plans in the works to bring you an even better event!
Mark your calendars, and we’ll see you at Anime Fusion 2020: Trick or Treat!
Love always,
Heather Bufkin
