Our parent organization is proud to present another online special event: The QCA Spring Festival! This event is themed around springtime and the long tradition of springtime festivals in Japan. One of QCA’s goals has always been to bring the culture of Japan to our Minnesota community. We hope you’ll join us for some fun and education!
