General Information
Harassment Policy

Anime Fusion is committed to offering an experience as free from harassment as we can make it for our members regardless of characteristics such as gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, age, race, religion, nationality, or social class. We do not tolerate harassment of event and convention participants in any form. Anime Fusion attendees violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the convention without a refund at the discretion of our organization.

Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to such characteristics as listed above, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, unwelcome photography or recording, sustained disruption of panels or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Certain costumes, text on costumes, signs, or behaviors that could be considered hate speech may also constitute harassment even if not directed toward a specific individual. Attendees asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

If an Anime Fusion attendee engages in harassing behavior, the organization may take any lawful action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to warning the offender or expelling them from the event or convention with no refund. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have similar concerns, please contact a convention staff member immediately.

Convention staff will help attendees contact hotel security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel less unsafe for the duration of the convention. We value your presence.
