MNeurodivergent provides Sensory Spaces at festivals, conventions, and community events across Minnesota to support neurodivergent individuals who may experience sensory overload. These quiet, inclusive areas are designed to offer comfort, regulation, and a safe place to recharge before returning to the event.
Our Sensory Spaces are equipped with:
- Fidget Toys for focus and self-regulation
- Bubble Tubes for calming visual stimulation
- Crash Pads for safe physical release
- Proprioception Canoes for deep pressure input
- Blackout Tents for reduced visual input and privacy
- Noise-Cancelling Ear Muffs to soften overwhelming sound
- Sensory Tiles for tactile engagement
- A Hanging Swing to provide vestibular input and relaxation
