Operations
The Operations team is the central administrative and communication hub for Anime Fusion during the event. Their main office serves as the primary point of contact for attendees, functioning as the lost and found and the main help desk for any questions, issues, or concerns you may have throughout the convention. Operations works closely with the Safety team and Anime Fusion leadership to coordinate responses during ongoing incidents.
The Operations room is always a designated safe space. If you ever feel harassed or unsafe during Anime Fusion, please come to Operations for assistance. They also offer a hotline at (612) 470-6965 that you can call or text if you require assistance at your location.
For general inquiries about Anime Fusion, please don’t hesitate to contact the Operations team with our support forms. If they don’t have the answer, they’ll gladly direct you to the appropriate resource.
Quiet Zone
Sometimes conventions can be overwhelming, and you need a quiet place to recover. Anime Fusion has a dedicated low-sensory quiet room, close to the rest of the convention but separate from all the action. We provide fidget toys, comfortable seating, and soft low-level lighting to help you relax.
Safety
Safety serves as the eyes and ears of Anime Fusion during the convention. Safety personal wander throughout the convention space, observing and interacting with attendees, addressing situations as they arise. They approve props and assist with line control and emergency situations.
